I create better experiences by using collaborative research and design methods that put people at the center of product and service strategy. I’m currently at Twitter, defining and driving experience outcomes across employee journeys that empower the enterprise to achieve strategic objectives in our increasingly digital and distributed future of work.
In the past I’ve used my skills in healthcare, for local and national nonprofits in the affordable housing sector to connect people in underserved markets to homeownership, and served two terms in AmeriCorps.
I attended Morehead State University, an affordable regional college surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest, where I studied convergent media and philosophy.
